Account Executive (AE) @ Hop In Technologies
Reports To: The Account Executive will report to the COO
Job Overview: Hop In is a transportation logistics software company based out of Markham, ON. We work with companies to help get their employees to work by mobilizing transportation that fills gaps in transit in areas outside of metropolitan cores. We provide a customized solution for our clients to improve access to the workplace. Hop In is looking for a motivated and organized candidate to join our sales team. We are looking for someone that is interested in being part of a high growth Startup in the early stages. In this role there are many opportunities to improve your sales skills and for professional development and networking. We want to help you grow while providing the autonomy to create and implement your personal sales strategies.
Responsibilities & Duties: Nurture accounts from lead stage to close (entire sales cycle) Develop personal sales scripts from Hop In templates & create content for prospective clients Assist with sale strategies and implementation Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and referrals Troubleshoot issues with customers Manage Sales Development Representatives on your team Report all sales activity on Hubspot Participate in all team meetings & sales training provided by Hop In
Qualifications: 2-4 years in sales, enterprise sales experience preferred Ability to translate complicated technical jargon for the average consumer Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships Knowledge of MS Office, Google Products (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, etc.) and CRM software (Hubspot) is a plus
